To make the developmental asset framework be an integral part of agenda in Delaware, we are calling for:
Adoption of developmental assets as a standard for youth development programs
Training of organizations, youth and the community on the framework
Assessing youth programs to see how well they are building assets
Surveying youth in Delaware to see how many assets they have
Documenting asset building activities
Re-assessing programs and youth for progress
